The Wav Company, LLC (“Company”), a mobile ticketing and event management company founded in November, 2008 is developing the WavPass™, a software solution employing a reusable RFID silicone wrist band designed to increase the fan experience. The Company’s patent-pending ticketing and payment system offers WavMembers™ expedited access to the main event, shorter waiting lines, and the convenience to pay for concessions and merchandise simply by waving their WavPass™ near a terminal instead of swiping it through a machine. The Company is privately held with operations in Dallas, TX and is initially targeting the top 50 professional sports teams in America with plans to expand into a broad array of sports and entertainment venues in the future.
